Wine Review: This almost clear colored Verdejo opens with a pilsner beer and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of white pepper and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This good value white wine would pair well with linguine with clams in a wine and garlic broth. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: 100% Verdejo. Clean aromas of ripe kiwi and fresh quince carry with intensity over the palate to a dry finish that will prove versatile for first course pairings. Try with shellfish, trout and South-East Asian dishes. A medium light wine and bright value for everyday enjoyment.
