Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with pleasant yellow grapefruit bouquet with a hint of peach pit. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused tart yellow grapefruit with hints of lime, ginger and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and are nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc is food friendly and would pair nicely with seared sea scallops with ginger-lime butter. Enjoy - Ken
