Wine Review: The 2014 Rocky Gully Dry Riesling from Australia is pale white gold in colored and opens with a light lychee and petrol bouquet with hints of green apple and wet slate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and mouthwatering with bright acidity. The flavor profile is a lychee and delicate grapefruit blend with notes of minerality and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested that this is a very good summer and beach wine and would pair well with cherrystones or Thai rolls. Enjoy – KWGTP
