Wine Review: This slightly cloudy and pale gold colored Chardonnay opens with a mild oak, pineapple, and green apple bouquet with a hint of mango. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round and refined. The flavor profile is chalky mineral and Anjou pear blend with notes of pineapple, spice, and oak. We also detected hints of apricot, crème brulee, almond, and nutmeg. It is a pretty complex wine. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chard with coquilles Saint-Jacques. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Sophisticated and bright, this Chardonnay bursts with notes of tangerine, Fuji apples, and melon. The palate is rich and complex in texture, upheld by notes of vanilla pot de crème, macadamia nuts, and pineapple that provide balancing acidity throughout. Splashes of Meyer lemon dances on the palate for a refreshing finish.
