Wine Review: This white gold colored sparkler from Frank Family displays both tiny and medium sized steaming bubbles. This wine opens with a mild bread dough and lime bouquet with hints of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a lemon and chalky minerality blend with notes of honeydew melon, brioche, and strawberry. I also detected hints of yellow grapefruit and orange peel. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. This Blanc de Blancs would pair well with baked halibut. Enjoy - Ken
