Wine Review: This slightly opaque and medium purple colored wine opens with a blackberry, black currant and flinty mineral bouquet with hints of green tea and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is juicy black plum and crushed stone blend with notes of oregano, blackberry and green tea. We also detected a hint of cherry towards the end. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build-up and stick around for quite a while. The Panel would pair this Cab with a rib roast.
