Wine Review: This is the wine for the "must be unoaked" Chardonnay drinkers. The peaches and apricots flow from the glass and remind why Albarino is Spain's top white varietal. On the palate, peaches, Golden Delicious apple, and Starfruit are the pronounced fruit flavors. The minerality lingers in the mid-palate and has a limestone sleekness. The finish is fresh and mouthwatering. This wine does need to wind down just a bit, but once it does it will be honey. Pairs well with pan seared shrimp and ceviche. – Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: Sight: Straw-yellow, clear and bright. Nose: Intense, but very elegant, with notes of stone-fruit and mango. Citrus fruit, pineapple and apple aromas. Palate: This wine is powerful, its strength, volume, complexity and balanced flavours can be enjoyed from the beginning.
