Wine Review: This light yellow colored Albarino opens with a faint Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, the wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of hints of white pepper and touch of lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity are nicely prolonged. I would pair this Albarino with steamed little necks with drawn garlic butter. Enjoy - Ken
