Wine Review: This Chianti Classico is consistently Very Good every vintage. The 2007 is bright ruby colored and opens with a fragrant red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, easy to drink and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry with a hint of light oak in the background. The finish is dry and its very well managed tannins stick around for a while. This wine is very food friendly and would pair nicely with veal parmigianna. Enjoy - Ken
