Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a fragrant dark chocolate and black currant bouquet with hints of pencil lead, cinnamon, and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and soft. The flavor profile is black currant and fine crushed stone blend with notes of oak, loam, and blackberry. We also detected hints of bay leaf and cinnamon in the mix. The finish is dry and its refined tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of chocolate and black cherry are complemented with layers of savory black cherry tart and notes of tarragon. Faust's bright acidity is combined with mineral notes and fine-grained tannins resulting in a long memorable finish. - David Jelinek, Winemaker
