Wine Review: This deep red colored Pinot Noir from Etude opens with a teaberry and light red raspberry bouquet with hints of black cherry and eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, fresh, and delicate. The flavor profile is a very tasty teaberry and red cherry blend with notes of red plum and lingonberry. We also detected hints of mint, clove, and bay leaf. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and light tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot Noir with sauteed veal marsala medallions with mushrooms or with brown sugar glazed pork chops. Enjoy - KWGTP
