Wine Review: This pale yellow blend of Gouveio and Verdelho opens with fragrant green pear bouquet with a hint of green melon and pink grapefruit. On the palate this wine is medium bodied, slightly crisp and balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of white pepper. The finish is pleasantly dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with swordfish kabobs or broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Crystal clear, lemon straw colour. Fine and minerally aromatics with subtle notes of manga and tangerine. Intense, elegant and balanced palate with crisp fruit and a persistent acid finish. Accompanies Partridge or Shrimp salad.
