Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir is impressive and a very good deal. It opens mild and attractive red raspberry and red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, elegant and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty light red cherry and red plum blend with nicely integrated light oak. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This very delicate Pinot from Northern Italy is very food friendly. I would pair it with a roasted game bird like pheasant. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Purple with a dark cherry-red rim, dense tears. Spicy aroma spectrum of black cherries, sour cherry cake and touch of vanilla. Dry, powerfully structured, characteristic and inviting. Recommended as an accompaniment to roasted and grilled meat like poultry, also excellent with lamb.
