Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with lemon iced tea, apricot and pineapple bouquet with hints of beeswax. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with moderate acidity. The mouthfeel is round and creamy. The flavor profile is a delicious ripe pear and sweet pineapple blend with notes of apricot, ginger candy and honey. The finish is sweet, and its flavors linger and last for a while. The Panel would drink this Riesling on its own as a dessert. Enjoy – KWGTP
