Wine Review: This is a unique Champagne made from 100% Pino Meunier. It is a bit soft, but it allows people to see what Pinot Meunier is all about. Light, refreshing with white peach, basil, and hints of clementine. The finish is rather long considering how light this Champagne is. Enjoy - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Golden yellow with an amazing brilliance which enhances the lively train of nice and dynamic bubbles. An abundant effervescence, crispy and gently swirling into the glass. Fresh, intense, aromatic, an explosion of aromas from exotic fruits (papaya) to citrus aromas (grapefruit). A touch of fresh yellow fruits develops the freshness of this wine. On the palate, it is silky with velvet hints. A wine to share with friends, festive and party wine. Pair with finger foods.
