Wine Review: Grenache Blanc to me is the sleeper grape of all white wine grapes. This particular wine is a terrific find. It is light gold in color and opens with a light golden delicious bouquet with a hint of tropical fruits. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a delicate green apple and pear. There is infused minerality throughout. There is a touch of spice as well. The finish is dry and nicely prolonged. This terrific discovery would go quite well with Chicken St. Timothy or Chicken Cordon Bleu. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Refreshing tropical aromas of pineapple, white peach, jasmine and ripe apple can be found on the nose. On the palate, flavors of apple, white apricot and peach combine with citrus, grapefruit and wet stone to make this Grenache Blanc a sure favorite.
