Wine Review: This opaque dark purple colored blend opens with an attractive spicy blackberry bouquet with hints of black pepper, black licorice, and violets. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced with spicy black currant flavors. There were also notes of black pepper and black licorice detected. The finish is dry and its mild tannins drift away nicely. Our group thought this wine would pair well with barbecue ribs or a pepper steak. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Without question this has become the "flagship" wine for Epiphany. The blend of Grenache, Syrah and Petite Sirah delivers a combination of explosive fruit flavors, complexity, palate weight, and approachability that creates a challenge: Do you have the patience to age this wine in your cellar?
