Wine Review: This brilliant and translucent red colored Grenache opens with a red plum and smokehouse bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a red plum, crushed stone and tea blend with hints of black cherry and mocha. The finish is dry and it moderate refined tannins stick around for a while. This Grenache is drinking well right now. We would pair it with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken, Mark & Dave
