Wine Review: This pale yellow colored slightly sparkling wine opens with a hoppy and musty apple with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly effervescent, and lively. The flavor profile is a slightly sweet tangy green apple and clementine blend. The finish is nicely sweet and pleasantly refreshing. This wine paired perfectly with the white chocolate truffle. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The color is yellow tending towards green, alive and brilliant. The scent, intense varietal, ample and recalls acacia flowers, orange, and yellow peach. It is sweet and harmonious, pleasantly persuasive. This jovial and fruity, this wine should be consumed when young. Traditionally appreciates the company of sweet puddings, fruit cake and cream and pastries.
