Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Eden Rift opens with a red raspberry and cedar bouquet with hints of dried strawberry and dried herbs. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, fresh, and delicate. The flavor profile is black raspberry and dried strawberry blend with notes of cedar and clove. We also detected hints of tart cherry and rose tea. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this Pinot with fresh sliced Norwegian salmon or porchetta. Enjoy – KWGTP
