Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Dutton Goldfield opens with a red raspberry and craisin bouquet with hints of damp earth, orange peel, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium minus bodied with integrated gentle acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, supple and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is red plum and red raspberry tea blend with notes of cranberry, loam, and cinnamon. We also detected hints of red cherry, rhubarb, and graphite. The finish is dry and long.
