Wine Review: This pale pink colored Rose of Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant and attractive red cherry, ripe peach, and ginger ale bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is slightly rounded, balanced, delicate, and fresh. The flavor profile is a watermelon and stony mineral blend with notes of white pepper. I also detected hints of red raspberry, Bazooka gum, and Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry, refreshing, and it drifts away nicely. This Rose is very friendly. I would serve it slightly chilled with popcorn shrimp from your favorite seafood shack at the beach this summer.
