Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a faint apricot like bouquet with a hint of red apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, a little sweet and very nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is Bosc pear with notes of minerality and faint hints of peach. The finish is semi-dry and lingers nicely. This Riesling would pair well with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Medium intensity with dominant characters of sweet citrus, peach and floral notes. The light sweetness is well balanced by a zesty acidity. A versatile refreshing wine to enjoy on its own or with a wide range of foods.
