Wine Review: This white gold colored dry-styled Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a wet stone and flint like bouquet with a hint of Anjou pear in the background. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild tart grapefruit with notes of minerality. I also detected hints of tangerine and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Riesling is food friendly. I would pair it with stuffed mushrooms. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Expressive style with dominant characters of lemon, green apple and floral notes. The crisp acidity enhances the distinct Keuka Lake minerality. All elements are perfectly balanced to make a wine that will last and continue improving for several years. Pair with fin fish, fresh shellfish and citrus salads.
