Wine Review: This pale straw colored Grillo from Donnafugata was well-received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a lime and grassy herbs de Provence bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium and balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with hints of yellow grapefruit. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This Grillo is food friendly and would pair well with swordfish kabobs or garlic chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP
