Wine Review: This brilliant Rose gold and copper colored wine from Languedoc presents with warm brioche, crushed seashell and faint strawberry aromas. On the palate, the wine is medium-plus in body with flavors of plump apricot, strawberry cream and marzipan. This is an uplifting, cheerful wine on the nose and in the mouth, possessing fine minerality and fresh, balanced acidity. It would pair well with lighter fare, like a grilled chicken, brie cheese and green apple sandwich on toasted ciabatta. – Jeoff
Winemaker Notes: A soft, fruity and fresh Rose with an appealing pale pink color and apricot highlights. Aromas of white peach, fresh currant, raspberry with hints of grapefruit peel. The palate is round and textural with flavors of ripe white fruits and shaved fennel. The wine finishes long and fresh.
