Wine Review: This Zin blend has really developed into a very nice wine. (It was bit tight last year) It opens with a fragrant raspberry and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty and jammy black raspberry and blueberry blend. There are hints of pepper and just a kiss of oak was detected in the background as well. The finish is quite dry and its big tannins are very sticky and linger for quite a while. It would pair well with a ribeye now and will do well in the cellar for the next few years. Enjoy – Ken
