Wine Review: This ruby colored Estate level Pinot Noir opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet with a hint of plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced and super smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and plum blend with hints of oak. The finish is dry and its tingly acidity and moderate tannins linger well after the wine is gone. The food friendly Pinot would pair well with veal medallions. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The nose shows a combination of blackberry, cassis (blackcurrant) with beautiful notes of violet and vanilla. The wine is perfectly balanced between the nice acidity and the fine grained tannins, beautiful elegance and complexity, long finish supported by an explosion of dark fruit notes and caramel.
