Wine Review: This very dark purple Merlot opens with a spicy black cherry bouquet with notes of menthol detected as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, smooth, and creamy. The flavor profile is an extracted black cherry. The finish is dry and its tingly tannins are noticeable and stick around. Pair this tasty Merlot with barbecue steak tips. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A combination of savory lavender, cinnamon stick, and smoke aromas introduce this expressive mountain Merlot.
