Wine Review: This wine is called Fearless Red. You will need to be a bit Fearless to try it. It is very dark opaque purple colored and opens with an aromatic dried cranberry bouquet with a hint of red currant. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, fruit forward, and displays a richness that is over the top. The flavor profile is a very ripe boysenberry with notes of black currant and anise. The finish is dry. Its tannins are moderate and a tad dusty. This wine is not for the meek. Pair this big boy wine with a full rack of messy ribs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The idea behind Fearless Red is our enjoyment of unique blends. Each year we will blend together an exciting, unusual and, arguably, Fearless, composition of varietals. The focus of the blend will be a wine that is stimulating and has great food-pairing versatility.
