Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild grapefruit bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused yellow grapefruit with a hint of lemon and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine is food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with shrimp scampi or jambalaya. Enjoy - Ken
