Wine Review: This very pale coral colored wine from Oregon opens with a faint rose petal, red cherry, and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, gentle and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a delicate red cherry and mild watermelon blend with notes of fine crushed stone minerality. I also detected hints of pink grapefruit and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this wine slightly chilled and pair it with the beach and friends. Enjoy - Ken
