Wine Review: This pale straw colored Viognier from Oregon is not your typical Viognier. It opens with a wet stone and mild lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp and nicely acidic. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild peach and mineral blend. I also detected hints of quince and pineapple. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This is a very nice drinking wine. Enjoy this wine with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
