Wine Review: This light red Pinot is slightly opaque and opens with a fragrant and inviting black raspberry and old oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, suave, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild black raspberry and plum with notes of black pepper and spice. I also detected hints of minerality throughout. The finish is dry and displays fine tannins and just a touch of residual heat. This Pinot is very food friendly and elegant enough to pair perfectly with grilled cedar plank salmon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Classic Oregon Pinot Noir, at its most svelte and stylish. Fresh and clean upon entry, it showcases its raspberry and cherry fruit in a delicate "wrap" of leaf and bark. - Paul Gregutt
