Wine Review: This red colored Pinot is more Old World style than New World. It opens with a unique barnyard, old oak and cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty cola and black cherry blend with hints of gentle oak and some minerality. The finish is very dry and its dusty tannins linger nicely. The panel suggested matching the Pinot with beef bourguignon or meatloaf smothered in gravy. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A tight wine with hints of rose petals around a core of blackberry hard candy. The balance is superb, and the wine is lively with nuanced, dark notes.
