Wine Review: This well-balanced French sparkling rose is a faded bubble gum pink in the glass with notes of strawberries and raspberries on the nose. The palate has the red berry characteristics repeated alongside ginger snaps, lemon drops, and lime zest. The finish has a touch more acidity than the body allows, but the overall wine is well put together. This would pair well with paella. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Great bead structure with long lasting effervescent bubbles giving off aromas of berries, citrus and spring florals from Provence. This wine can be enjoyed as an apéro or is excellent with fish, Asian dishes, as well as dessert cheeses. To be served chilled.
