Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chard from Columbia Crest is a very good value option. It opens with a faint pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a light apple and lemon blend with notes of light oak. The finish is dry and brief. We thought this wine would pair nicely with a light fish like Dover sole or a rainbow trout. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Delicate aromas of apple and pear lead to notes of melon and creamy butter on the palate. The refined flavors of this Chardonnay cumulate in a lingering finish that gracefully balances sweet oak, caramelized sugar, and fruit." Ray Einberger
