Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Merlot is a Good value. It opens with a spicy fruitcake like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, approachable, and soft. The flavor profile is a gentle black cherry with a hint of blueberry and a touch of old oak. The finish is rather dry and its mild tannins are slightly prolonged. This easy to drink Merlot would pair nicely with barbecue chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Classic Merlot aromas of spice, blackberry and cocoa carry through the palate of this complex artisanally crafted wine. The balance of oak and black fruits creates a velvety, seductive finish."
