Wine Review: This straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Horse Heaven Hills opens with a fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a tart yellow grapefruit with notes of minerality and hint of clementine. The finish is dry and refreshing. It will pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
