Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet opens with a cherry cola and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very approachable black cherry with notes of dark chocolate and gentle oak. I also detected a hint of strawberry licorice in the background. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are friendly. This wine is not overly complex, but it is very quaffable and easy going. I would pair this good value Cab with a juicy mushroom burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This bold medium-bodied wine delivers aromas of cherry blossoms and rose petals, with a perfect balance of earth, mineral and deep berry flavors leading to a soft tannin cocoa finish.
