Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild Anjou pear bouquet with some floral notes. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and round. The flavor profile is a mild green apple and Anjou pear with hints of minerality and honey. The finish was semi-dry. They this Good and affordable Riesling with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense aromas of apples and pears are complimented by a hint of minerality and orange blossoms. Rich, opulent flavors of tropical fruit are accentuated by crisp acidity, leading to a lingering, vibrant finish. - Ray Einberger, Winemaker
