Wine Review: This pale straw colored Champagne opens with small streaming bubbles. Its bouquet displays apple and bread dough along with faint strawberry and marshmallow. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a nutty green apple with notes of minerality. We also detected hints of cinnamon and toast. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Champagne with oysters or brie cheese. Enjoy - KWGTP

Nose: Powerful, fruit driven nose with floral and mineral overtones derived from the Chardonnay component.
