Wine Review: This pitch black Cabernet based red blend opens with fragrant and attractive mild black currant bouquet with hints black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused black currant with nicely integrated old oak. I also detected a hint of black cherry. The finish is dry and its fine oak tannins are slightly prolonged. This wine would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
