Wine Review: This French kitchen sink rose blend is a medium coppery salmon color which has pear, honeydew, strawberry along with some honeysuckle and cut grass in the bouquet. It has a light body and is dry with refreshing medium acidity; it is quite youthful. There are flavors of green apple, grapefruit, strawberry and nicely integrated minerality. The mineral-drive finish is moderate in length. The acidity would complement a shrimp and avocado ceviche appetizer. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: This year the nose is quite complex with floral white fruit, ripe peach and notes of apricot. The palate is silky and long with delicate layers of red fruit and citrus blossom accents. The wine finishes with a succulent minerality.
