Wine Review: This white gold colored Auxerrois from Luxembourg opens with a faint lemon-lime bouquet with hints of slate, melon and jasmine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well-balanced, lush and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral and juicy lemon blend with notes of almond and nectarine. We also detected some hints of star fruit, lime and saline. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this good value Auxerrois with veal Milanese or a baked cod with Ritz cracker topping. Enjoy - KWGTP
