Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Adam Lee at Clarice opens with a pine shavings, cinnamon, and black raspberry bouquet with hints of strawberry and menthol. On the palate, it is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and seamless. The flavor profile is a stone dust and black plum blend with notes cinnamon and raspberries tea. We also detected some hints of new oak and dried oregano. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and dusty moderate tannins linger and last for a while. We would pair this very nice Pinot with lamb lollipops. Enjoy – KWGTP
