Wine Review: This pale garnet colored Pinot Noir opens with a very inviting wild blueberry and red raspberry bouquet with hints of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, fresh, and juicy. The flavor profile is a cranberry and wild strawberry blend with notes of allspice, clove, pomegranate, and white pepper. We also detected hints of crushed stone minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and moderate tannins linger and last for a very long time. The Panel would pair this Pinot grilled Norwegian salmon. Enjoy – KWGTP (Note: Price includes tax & shipping)
