Wine Review: This delicious Riesling from Washington state is a pale white gold color, with exotic aromas of Tahitian vanilla, sandalwood, jasmine, Galia melon, and tangerine. Fresh and crisp on the palate. It is medium-minus bodied, moderately acidic, well balanced, clean, and dry. There are flavors of lime, pineapple, steely minerality and white peach with notes of white tea and jasmine. The finish is refreshing and long. This is a versatile wine and can be served lightly chilled as a deck sipper or alongside grilled shrimp with tropical salsa. - Mark
