Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc is a steal in terms of quality to price. It opens with a very attractive cantaloupe and floral bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and gentle. The flavor profile is a gentle lime with notes of mango and a touch of kiwi. The finish is dry and its fades away nicely. The Panel thought this very good value Sauvignon Blanc would pair nicely with grilled halibut or baked brie covered with fig preserves. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Stainless steel fermentation makes this a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. The wine offers bright fruit character of melons and herbs. This wine is a favorite with oysters.
