Wine Review: This is almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from the Columbia Valley is a great value. It opens with a classic grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a slightly tart yellow grapefruit with notes of mild minerality and a touch of lime. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity linger and last for quite a while. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with steamed Nova Scotia mussels. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Stainless steel fermentation makes this a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. The wine offers bright fruit character of melons and herbs. This wine is a favorite with oysters.
